Adapting Under Pressure: Advice from Our Customers

A discussion with PPG and the University of Dayton

With procurement teams moving quickly to respond to the demands of the COVID-19 crisis, advice and information is available from industry experts, solution providers, and influencers. But what many procurement professionals really want is to hear what their peers are doing and to share knowledge and information with other purchasing experts who are out on the procurement front lines. JAGGAER has put together a discussion with two of our expert customers to share their first-hand experiences and offer tips you can take action on right away.

In our discussion, you’ll learn:

  • How PPG and U. of Dayton are handling the ups and downs of the crisis
  • Tips for keeping your team connected and engaged
  • How to manage your own resilience
  • Methods for tracking COVID-related expenses
  • How to reduce requisitions and preserve cash
