ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & SHOPPING
The JAGGAER Supplier Master report is updated monthly and can be reviewed within the Admin tab (Site Administration – Dashboard – Admin Dashboard – Search Now – JAGGAER Supplier Master List [located under the ‘Additional Resources’ section]). The JAGGAER Supplier Master report is a great tool when looking for new suppliers to enable or for additional supplier capabilities to tap into. If interested in moving ahead with a supplier enablement, please submit a Supplier Enablement request or contact your Account Manager.
ADVANCED SOURCING OPTIMIZER
Key Dates: The ASO Production maintenance release schedule can be found below. No application downtime is anticipated, though minor service disruptions may occur.
- Thursday, January 14th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST
- Thursday, January 28th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST
Standard Infrastructure maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, January 9th, from 6:00 p.m. through Sunday, January 10th, 2:00 a.m. Eastern Time. JAGGAER ASO Production and Demo may be unavailable during this period.

No planned Production maintenance release at this time.
RESEARCH MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
Standard Infrastructure maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, January 9th, from 9:00 a.m. through Sunday 02:00 a.m. Eastern Time. JAGGAER RMM Production and UIT may be unavailable during this period.
RMM UIT will be upgraded to RMM 20.2.0 Monday, January 18th. This environment will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US ET.
During this upgrade UIT will be migrated to a new set of servers and assigned a new URL:
- Before (RMM 20.1.0) https://erm.uit.jaggaer.com/
- After (RMM 20.2.0) https://rmm-uit.jaggaer.com/
Only the beginning of the URL is changing. The remaining part of the URL remains unchanged.
The URL change will also apply to all the RMM modules i.e. Researcher, Admin, Kiosk as well as our web services. If you have applications integrating with these web services, please re-point them to the new URLs.
If your installation is using SAML2.0 SSO, you will receive a new set of SSO metadata which will have to be added to your SSO identity provider in place of the existing metadata.
The URL change will also apply production when RMM production is upgraded to 20.2.0. An email will be sent in advance of the production upgrade.
SIMS PRODUCTS
No planned Production maintenance release for SIMS at this time.
JAGGAER ONE
JAGGAER Direct Platform
No planned maintenance at this time. A separate email will be sent to JAGGAER Direct users if this changes.
JAGGAER Indirect Platform
The JAGGAER Indirect Maintenance Release schedule is as follows. No downtime is expected for these releases:
- Thursday, January 7th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET
- Thursday, January 21st, beginning at 8:00 PM ET
