This Privacy Notice provides information regarding JAGGAER’s processing of personal information of attendees of JAGGAER Webinars (“Webinar”) conducted in collaboration with our partner(s) (“JAGGAER Webinar Partner(s)”). “Attendees” for purposes of this Notice includes all attendees who register for and/or participate in JAGGAER Webinar.
What type and categories of Attendees’ personal information are processed in relation to Webinar?

II. Engagement details
- Questions asked
- Poll responses
- Responses provided through chat during the webinar - Webex.
- Responses to feedback, questionnaires and/ or surveys after the Webinar.
III. Online
- Webinar registration analytics – IP Address, browser type and operating system when they visit Webinar website to inform themselves about and/or register to the Webinar.
- Records of communications sent to Attendees’ by JAGGAER or received from Attendees.
- Email analytics through tracking of pixels. Data about your email interactions in relation to webinar, with JAGGAER, including the time, date, IP address, location, device type, browser, and operating system, as well as the links you click on the emails sent by JAGGAER. This information is gathered using tracking pixels and encoded URL strings in our emails about webinars or virtual events. You can disable tracking pixels by turning off images in the email, and encoded URL strings do not store or access data on your device.
How does JAGGAER obtain Attendees’ personal information?
JAGGAER obtains Attendees’ personal information within the:
- Process of Attendees’ registration to the Webinar
- Attendees’ participation in the Webinar.
- Attendees email interaction with JAGGAER.
What is the legal basis for personal information processing?
JAGGAER is processing personal data on following basis:

Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party
- Deliver webinar for promotional activities and professional development in the procurement industry
- Identification and contact details - name, surname, business details including: company name, job title, business address, business email address, business phone number
- Data that may be part of communication between JAGGAER and Attendee - correspondence about the Webinar, including sending pre- and post-Webinar information
- Recording Webinar and publishing such content on our website, social media accounts and other formats where it would not be necessary, appropriate or practicable to obtain your specific consent
- analyzing who is attended the Webinar, including so that we can monitor the success of our outreach program and understand trends in participation
- marketing JAGGAER Webinar by electronic mail, social media, phone (but without prejudice to Attendees’ rights under the legislation that regulates the sending of marketing communications by electronic means) and otherwise as permitted under applicable laws;
- online data - using digital tools to monitor the delivery of information and impact of our marketing communications (click open rate, etc.).

What is the purpose of personal information processing?
JAGGAER’s will process personal information obtained in relation with the Webinar for the following purposes:
- to manage and facilitate Attendees’ participation in the Webinar;
- to communicate with Attendees regarding and during the Webinar;
- to send Webinar-related communications, including reminders and follow-ups;
- to analyze engagement and improve future events.
To whom does JAGGAER disclose and where applicable transfer the Attendees’ personal information?
JAGGAER may disclose the personal information processed for the above-described purposes to:
- JAGGAER, LLC’s Affiliates as outlined in this list under “JAGGAER AFFILIATES“.
- We use Webex platform provided by Cisco Systems, Inc, US.
- As these webinars are conducted in partnership with other organizations as indicated in the invitation (JAGGAER Webinar Partners), subject to your consent we may share your personal information with our JAGGAER Webinar Partners listed on the registration page of Webinars, subject to contractually agreed conditions of privacy, confidentiality and security, and where applicable a valid personal information transfer mechanism.
- Please note, audio-visual footage may be recorded of a JAGGAER Webinar. Videos or screenshots taken from such Videos (“Photos”) can be published on JAGGAER websites and social media pages as well as on the JAGGAER Webinar Partners’ online platforms. Photos and videos may also be recorded and can be reproduced in various media including JAGGAER publications, social networks, and press, in connection with a specific Webinar, or for further institutional purposes as well as for promotional activities of JAGGAER. Please note, once made available to the public, JAGGAER has no control over, and is not responsible for, any use or misuse (including any distribution) by any third party of recordings.
How JAGGAER Webinar Partners use your personal information?
JAGGAER Webinar Partners may use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
International Data Transfers
JAGGAER will transfer Attendees’ personal information to locations where JAGGAER Affiliates are based as well as the JAGGAER Webinar Partners, transfer will be conducted only subject to rules and valid transfer mechanism under the applicable data privacy laws and appropriate security measures.
How long will JAGGAER keep Attendees’ personal information?
Attendees’ other personal information will be retained on JAGGAER’s system up to one (1) year after the Webinar.
- Attendees’ rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)The right to know. Attendees have the right to request that JAGGAER disclose certain information to them about JAGGAER’s collection and use of their personal information, such as the specific pieces of personal information JAGGAER has collected, as well as information about JAGGAER’s sale or disclosure for business purposes of their personal information to third parties. Once JAGGAER receives and confirms an Attendee’s request, JAGGAER will disclose to the Attendee the information they have requested.
- The right to delete. Attendees have the right to request that JAGGAER deletes any of their personal information that JAGGAER collected from them and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once JAGGAER receives and confirms their verifiable consumer request, JAGGAER will delete (and direct JAGGAER’s service providers to delete) Attendees’ personal information from its records, unless an exception applies.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information maintained by the JAGGAER.
- The right to data portability. Attendees have the right to request that personal information is transferred to another entity in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, to the extent possible.
- The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. Attendees have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information and the sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., targeted advertising). JAGGAER will not conduct any such selling or sharing unless Attendee opted-in to be included in the “Attendee list” shared with the Webinar Sponsors by checking the box at the time of the registration.
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive personal information. Attendees have the right to limit the use and disclosure of their Sensitive personal information to that use which is necessary to perform the expected service.
- The right to non-discrimination. JAGGAER will not discriminate against Attendees for exercising any of their CCPA/CPRA rights.
Attendees’ rights under the GDPR:
In terms of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), JAGGAER LLC, is the Data Controller of Attendees’ personal data.
- The right to be informed. Attendees are entitled to be informed of the use of Personal Data (as defined under GDPR). This Notice provides such information.
- The right of access. Attendees have the right to request a copy of their Personal Data which JAGGAER holds.
- The right of correction. Attendees have the right to request correction or changes of the Personal Data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date.
- The right to withdraw consent. Attendees have the right to withdraw a previously given consent for processing their Personal Data.
- The right to be forgotten. Attendees have the right to request JAGGAER, at any time, to delete their Personal Data in its possession when it is no longer necessary for JAGGAER to retain such data for the purpose of processing, when the Attendee withdraws consent on which the processing is based and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
- The right to object (opt-out). Attendees have the right to opt out of use of their Personal Data, for direct marketing purposes at any time.
- The right to data portability. Attendees have the right to a “portable” copy of the Personal Data they have submitted to JAGGAER.
- The right to refuse to be subjected to automated decision making, including profiling. Attendees have the right not to be subject to a decision and insist on human intervention if the decision is based on automated processing and produces a legal effect or a similarly significant effect.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Attendees have the right to lodge complaints about our data processing activities by filing a complaint with JAGGAER or with the relevant Supervisory Authority.
