If you are already a JAGGAER Supplier and need help, simply fill out and submit the Supplier Support Form on right. Please provide all pertinent details that will help us understand your need.
We will review your request as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) and send notification about the Support ticket via email. You can follow further work being done to resolve the issue.
We can help with issues such as;
- You want to know administrators of your organization's Supplier Portal, information about Portal navigation etc.
- You need to get access to the Portal, need to get a Portal created etc.
- You are looking for details about managing your hosted catalog, submissions, attributes etc.
- You are having trouble submitting invoices via the supplier portal
- You have a question/comment about a topic in the SupplierNews issue
